P2O5 sensor for determination of the moisture volume share from 0.01ppm to 1000 ppm in gas mixture.
MT1000
P2O5 sensor for measurement of moisture in corrosive gases as Phosgene or chlorine gas from 1.0ppm to 2000 ppm
Gas Chromotagraphy
Thermal conductivity detectors (also TCD) for measuring the gas composition. Often used for hydrogen measurement, helium measurement, gas mixing, measurement in heat treatment, etc.
Gas -TR
Thermal conductivity sensor for process applications with 6 mm connection or KF16 flange
GasAn-A50
Portable thermal conductivity detector with integrated measuring cell and pump (battery operation optional)
GasAn-TCD
Thermal conductivity analyzer for measurement with up to 4 sensors and different signal outputs
Ambient air monitoring
EC9031
Monitors the oxygen level in the ambient air and activates an alarm in case of oxygen deficiency.
Gas analyzers (also known as gas monitors) are measuring devices used for gas measurement and are capable of selectively analyzing a variety of gases. Electrochemical meters such as the EC900 are a commonly used method for oxygen measurement as they can be fast, reproducible and accurate. These meters, like the ZR800 “zirconium analyzers”, measure oxygen content from the percentage range down to a few ppm. Trace measurement, such as residual oxygen measurements, is an important area in gas analyze that refers to the measurement of gases at very low concentrations.
Trace moisture measurements are also often of great importance in gas analyze. A gas analyzer specifically designed for moisture measurement can help to measure and monitor moisture traces in athmospheres.
Overall, gas analyzers play an important role in monitoring and controlling gases in a variety of applications.
