Vacuum Pump Exhaust Filter Housings

These filters have been designed especially for mounting at open ends of gas-carrying lines or systems. When used as air inlet filter this kind of filter makes sure that no disturbing solid substances are absorbed with the gas.

When used as line end filter, e.g. for ventilations, this filter makes sure that no solid substances, which shall not get into the ambient air,  do leak out of the system.

The filter consists of an anodised aluminum  housing with Nitril sealings. Alternatively sealings from silicone, FKM or FFKM can be used. These filters are also suitable for holding sintered filter elements from PTFE or filter sieves from stainless steel.
